

My Story
I am starting out on my level 3 Patisserie this year at Manchester college after successfully completing and passing ABST level 2 professional bakery in 2017 at Tameside college. I am hoping to share this adventure with you online, and of course to show to the assessors as part of my qualification. Also this will come in handy when I have a Job opportunity to show what I have learned and new skills gained whilst studying at Manchester college.
I love to bake and cook , especially a passion for bread, all things chocolate, strong classic flavours that granny used to make and an extremely sweet tooth.
Often I am in the kitchen experimenting with tastes and textures, re inventing and discovering dishes and puddings for my family and friends to try.
